Cosmo is an experimental filmmaker from Tucson, Arizona, and is currently a graduate student in the MLIS program at the University of Arizona. Their work focuses on archival practices for film and digital media. As an intern at the AQA, they have worked on updating video quality, restoring audio for oral history videos and cassette tape recordings, and creating written transcripts. Working at the AQA, they have gained insight into the depth of stories held within the collection and have felt the impact that these stories have.
