With five undergraduate degrees and four graduate degrees, as well as certificates and minors, our students are trained to become changemakers in the varied fields of information science, including artificial intelligence, information security and management, library science, data science and visualization, game design and development, games and behavior, esports, immersive technologies, computational arts, extended and virtual reality, and more.
Our world-class faculty conduct interdisciplinary research in archival studies, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, biodiversity informatics, data management and curation, computer vision, computer-mediated communication and learning, natural language processing, social networking, human-computer interfaces, dark networks, computational art and creation, library sciences and beyond.
