Iori Khuhro (she/they) is pursuing a Dual Master of Archival Studies and Library and Information Studies at the University of British Columbia. She is working with the South Asian Canadian Digital Archive (SACDA) to catalogue and digitize a fonds of 20,000+ photographs, promoting South Asian Canadian heritage, joy, and normalcy. She also works as a Graduate Research Assistant for InterPARES Trust AI, studying the intersection between archives, privacy, and AI. She is committed to introducing trauma-informed care into her archival practice and the profession as a whole.
